About Us
Schoolyard Sugarbush LLC is a family-owned and operated Maple Farm based in Newfield, NY with additional sugarbushes (maple woodlots) in New Hope, NY, and Watkins Glen, NY. Our family believes our forests are key to our business’s success and place a heavy focus on sustainability in our tapping and forest management. In our sugarhouse and packaging facilities, we focus on efficiencies both in time and energy savings while still retaining the same great maple flavor we became known for in our first few years of production.
What We Do
At Schoolyard Sugarbush our Pure Maple Products are not only Pure and Natural but also Certified Organic! We work year-round keeping the woods pristine and packaging our maple products to order so that every jar, jug, or package will have that same great and amazing flavor we want to share with our customers. We produce and package maple syrup from our trees! Some of our maple syrup is then made into maple confections and other maple-featured products which we have developed over the years! We bottle and ship maple syrup to both institutional and retail consumers.
