Pure Maple Products

Pure Maple Syrup is packaged in both Plastic jugs and glass jars ranging from only 50ml all the way up to a gallon!

Pure Maple Cream’s only ingredient is Pure Maple Syrup. It is boiled further, cooled rapidly, and stirred to form very small crystals that give it that velvet creamy texture.

Pure Maple Sugar is also 100% Maple Syrup just boiled to 275, stirred until it’s almost dry, and then sifted and bagged!

Pure Maple Candy is Pure Maple Syrup boiled to the soft candy stage and then cooled. After it has cooled to about 160 degrees it is stirred and the smaller grain crystals form. It is just dry enough to hold the shape of the candy molds and moist enough to melt in your mouth!

Maple Cotton Candy is made from our Pure Maple Sugar and Cane Sugar. It is then spun through a heavy-duty cotton candy machine and great care is taken to keep it fluffy and lite!

Our Maple Kettle Corn is Popcorn made with Pure Maple Syrup and Corn Oil. All three ingredients are put in the kettle and popped creating a Healthy Option for Kettle Corn! Some have said it’s almost like Cracker Jacks!

Maple Coffee and Tea are made by our NYS Maple Producers Association and each is made or roasted with our Pure Maple Syrup. All of our Maple Products are available in Bulk!
